1.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful book - shame about the recipes, 15 Jun 2009
This is a beautifully presented book, but the recipes do not seem to have been well edited. I tried 2 recipes. On the one, the quantities had not been scaled down from catering quantities and on another, quantities had only been scaled down for some of the ingredients.
