5.0 out of 5 stars THE overlander's bible, 14 Mar 2002
Having driven this exact route, i can fully recommend this book. It is very detailed and provides near perfect information. However, if you wish to take a substantial detour from this famous route, you will need to have a more in-depth country guide as an additional text. Overall, a great book for the price. Warning: danger of quitting everything and setting off along this incredible road!
