5.0 out of 5 stars Teenage fiction at its best!, 8 May 2007
This review is from: From Where I Stand (Paperback)
This book, suitable for teens, young adults and adults alike is one of the most gripping and moving I have ever read. It's a complete page turner that leaves you on the edge of your seat until the very last word. Raven is a grief-stricken teenager in search of justice for the murder of his mother. But nothing is quite what it seems and the story culminates in a massive, shocking twist that leaves you reeling. Both tragic and uplifting, it is a breath-taking, beautifully-written story that will haunt you long after the last page.

This review is from: From Where I Stand (Paperback)
From where I stand is an excellent novel, dealing with complex issues. I sat down and read this book in one go, I was that hooked! I loved the suspense that's maintained throughout, and the twist at the end was amazing - I would never have guessed. A fantastic second novel!

5.0 out of 5 stars From Where I Stand, 30 Jun 2007
This review is from: From Where I Stand (Paperback)
Like some of the other reviewers, I also read this book in one sitting - it's just too good to put down. The characters and plot were so convincing, I really felt as if I was there, living through it with them. (I was rather surprised to find myself back in my sitting room at the end). Another gripping emotional marvel, beautifully crafted by Tabitha Suzuma. I look forward to reading her future works.
