Professor McMoo is a very clever cow - so clever, in fact, that he has managed to build himself a time machine from discarded farming machinery. He's about to take himself and his two cow friends, Pat and Bo Vine, away from the Barmer farm and the hideous farmer's wife, when a very strange, futuristic, robotic cow - a ter-moo-nator - appears and attacks them...the team see him off but then are confronted by more strange cows - this time dressed all in black. These cows have travelled back in time to save the Prof as he, Pat and Bo are destined to become star agents of the CIA - Cows in Action, a crack team of cow commandos! In the future, cows live peacefully with humans as equals, not as food. But some cows in the future try to use the technology of time travel to interfere with history - and the Prof has to help stop that! In this first adventure, the CIA must travel back to the time of Henry VIII, where Henry's wife, Anne of Cleves, has been replaced by a cow in disguise! It's all part of a terrible ter-moo-nator plot to change history. Can Mcmoo and his team reveal the truth and avoid having their heads chopped off?
