I was looking for some positive help to improve the quality of my elderly father's life. He is in fantastic NHS care for people with Dementia but I wanted to improve his life further.
I didn't think this book was positive infact it began with astatement of anger always an unhelpful emotion. The criticism of health care was relentless sadly I am no further forward and feel I have wasted my money.
