5.0 out of 5 stars Thorough and complete!, 5 Jan 2005
The problem with Operations Management books is that they always miss some items you really need to include in the lectures. Well, this book has the most extensive list of topics, including supply chain design topics. It also covers industry, service and public organizations. The price is within the reach of students.
