5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book, 2 Jul 2004
When I ordered this I didn't know what to expect. I went by the title only and wanting a good book on sculpture using textiles as a basis.
I was not dissapointed by what arrived!
I am a fine art student, specialising in any media! This book is marvellous! I would also say it would be suitable for a practising artist interested in this area.

This is what the book says!:

5.0 out of 5 stars inspirational, 27 Mar 2005
By angie j (Lancashire, UK) - See all my reviews
I find myself returning to this book often because it's full of inspirational ideas. A most enlightening book, looking closely at method and media (including health and safety advice), as well as examining the development of ideas; I particularly like the sketchbook samples. The second half of the book focuses on the work of over thirty artists, with insightful text and illustrations.
