This book lists all of the American and British artillery used in WW2, together with the types of ammunition used in them. It is divided into sections, e.g. anti-aircraft, anti-tank, field, heavy, railway and coastal artillery. A development and service history is given of each weapon, the different types and marks of ammunition fired from them are listed, and there is a technical summary covering weights, dimensions and performance. Some of the more significant experimental developments are also described. Highly recommended.
