This Book is really two books in one, the first half of the book is about Technique and Form for your best performance, and the second half is about the equipment and tuning, for the bows best performance. This book will serve you well in the first trying weeks of archery, and even help you when you are an old hand at the sport!

This Book has two parts to help you in your new sport, the First half will help you build up a consisant style and from, the second half helps you with the equipment you'll need and how to maintain it. I recomend this book to anybody starting Archery its been a great help for me!
