A very simply to read book that should be required reading for everyone who ever needs to deal with a customer.

Chris's common sense approach to retaining & building customer loyalty first seems a little dated but when practiced is unbeatable. His ideas suit all size of business.

Give a copy to your staff, your customers will thank you and your payback will be quick.

A very down-to-earth book about providing customer service that takes you beyond "satisfied customers". Enough to set any manager thinking, and it has a good humorous style, too!
