4.0 out of 5 stars A neat little book, 25 May 2004
By A Customer
This is a neat little book that is manageable in size and can be taken along on any field trip. I have used it extensively when walking the woods with my children as back up to a more extensive library kept at home. The book has illustrations describing the plant, the geographical spread and the uses, with indicators pointing out those that may be poisonous. Always take care when sampling plants you are not sure about, and consult an expert if in doubt!
