A superbly - researched, well-written, essential guide for a civilised holiday. Just the right amount of detail to absorb as you approach a new locality and it's time to find somewhere for lunch, Very easy to use: the layout is of a very high standard. But this is the edition you will find, battered and stained, in your local library....

A complete newcomer to the region I have just spent ten glorious days there

This book was invaluable . It is now bang up to date and I strongly recommend it
