4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent introduction for thsoe planning to visit., 27 Dec 2000
By A Customer
After an introductory chapter (history, people, culture) the book is subdivided into chapters detailing geographical regions. There's quite a lot of detail on what to do and what to see, with some great photos. There could have been some more practical advice though - on hotels, restaurants, shopping etc. This is a bit too limited. But the book presents itself well - and it's nice to read.
