Caroline's knowledge of symbolism and feeling for colour add powerfully to the imagery of her cards. John Astrop, Caroline's husband, is an astrologer, author and artist. Formerly a lecturer at Hornsey Art College, he later became interested in astrology and joined the Astrological Lodge of London and the Astrological Association.
