If you are aiming to get a grade C or below, i would advise you to buy this as a quick way of swotting up and learning the key ideas so that you can answer the exam questions with some credible knowledge, particularly if you feel your class notes are not of a good standard and you find the psychology textbook you are using far too lengthy to contemplate revising from. However, this book is fairly insufficient to provide you with the detail and understanding needed to gain a top grade, and for this reason I have only awarded it 3 stars. If you are panicking about passing the exam, then by all means buy this and it will help to relax and ease your nerves, but if you have spaced out your revision timetable and have the time to get stuck into some real hard-core revision then I would advise you to get a more thorough textbook.
