By A Customer
This colourful, glossy guide to some of the best tea shops in Britain and overseas is a real little gem! The Tea Council recommend a delightfully wide variety of tea places across the country all of which seem to possess a unique quality, whether it's waitresses dressed in Victorian costume or an eclectic collection of tea pots! The guide also offers some really useful suggestions on 'things to see and do' in each region featured and a fascinating insight into traditional tea-time recipes across the UK. I found that the historical perspective and the section on some of the world's best teas was of particular interest and was glad to find out that my cuppa is actually quite good for me. Even ardent tea drinkers like myself are sure to find out something new about tea - I thoroughly recommend it!
