5.0 out of 5 stars A brilliant account of France 98, 13 April 2001
By A Customer
An excellent account of attending the 1998 World Cup in France. Brought back some memories of my own time over there. The author says that this is the real story of what happened at France 98, and I couldn't agree more. What the press said is so far removed from what most of us experienced over there. A great book which would teach politicians and the media a thing or two. Highly recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Irrepressible, 8 Oct 2004
Jamie Mash's irrepressible style communicates a joie de vivre that carries the reader through France 98 to a soundtrack of "Jamie's World Cup tape" playing in your head. If the tape was on sale through Amazon - I'd buy it!
