Religion Without Beliefs is one of the best books on initiatory Wicca written recently. Frederic Lamond is a Gardnerian of 40+ years experience and uses many personal anecdotes to illustrate his point, while also making comparisons with other systems, and the need for spirituality in the modern world. The basis of the title is that Wicca teaches one to have direct experience, thus knowledge replaces belief in a dogma. Easy to read, and with many interesting observations on modern paganism, this book is a must for any serious student of Wicca.
