We bought this for our daughter when she was 8 months old. Our 3 year old loved it too - it is a sturdy,tactile colourful book which introduces colours, animals and shapes - they especially liked the sticky frogs tongue and scratchy shark. The large fold-out sections make it easier for younger readers to unfold. My third child also loved it - it now well worn but still loved. I have bought it for neices and nephews who have also enjoyed it

This is a very simple little book but very entertaining for 15 months old daughter - inside pages flip open with touchy feel pages - so it is actually not so simple but she loves reading it!
