The book is a great guide to managing difficult people. Read the book and you will appreciate that difficult people are just different, and have formed a behaviour that is different to your own. The book gives ways in which you can identify, and manage difficult people to a win win situation. It is a quick book to read, and should be read by all managers and supervisors of any organisation. I am going to implement suggestions in the workplace and hopefully see some positive results.
