5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent guide to bringing a small claims action, 22 Jan 2002
By A Customer
This book gives very useful advice on whether you have a valid claim, if the small claims court is the right place to contest you claim, and what other alternatives there are. Once you have decided to use the small claims court the book teaches you the processes involved in an easy to understand step by step format. The book only takes about 1 hour to read to get an initial understanding of the small claims system. After that it works as a reference for each stage and also give information on how to fill out the necessary court forms.
Overall a very easy to use and invaluable book for anyone who has a small claim to make.
