This book is terrific. I borrowed it from the library, then just had to have my own copy! Sutton leads you step by step through the causes of stress, unfolding deep-seated personal perceptions that make us the people we are. This is definitely the beginning of the road up. Worth a few hours of anyone's time, stressed or not!
