As we were only visiting the Slovakian Tatras the Polish bit of book was not of interest to us.

The walks described in the book as only a very small selection of what was available, and those that were suggested in this book were at the "strenuous" range of the walks available and not really suitable for your "average" walker.

The Cicerone guide on the same area was far more informative, and of much more use to us.
