This is a superb pocket-sized book. Walks are clearly laid out with abundant markers; even where one had been moved, the details swiftly allowed us to find the next and get back on track. There are some excellent photographs and maps which allow the walker to vary the route without risking being lost. For example, the walk from Bled through Kupljenik to Bohinska Bela was one we divided into two to fill separate afternoons.

I would buy other guides in the series if they are as good as this.
