This is not just a gardening book but a really fantastic read with the most beautiful photographs. The perfect Christmas present for anyone who loves Ireland or gardening.

Memorably beautiful photographs of sweeping vistas, close up flower detail, and witty garden ornaments with touching, well-written text bringing gardens and their owners to life. I found it touching, magnificent. Everyone I know with the faintest green fingers or an appreciation of beauty is going to get it as a Christmas present.
