This is a truly spectacular portrait of the Yorkshire Dales...Fred Trueman's book is extremely well written with an enjoyable sense of humor and plenty of anecdotes about this outstanding area. It is a quintessential photographic journey which will tug at the heartstrings of anyone who has fallen in love with Yorkshire...The author effectively captures the personalities of the individual dales in a very organized fashion accompanied by stunning photography. Once you have been to Yorkshire a part of you will remain there forever; this book will bring you back to the parts you love best! Well done, Fred Trueman!
