5.0 out of 5 stars Works with Adults as Well, 11 Jan 2009
By Wendy Jones "wjones7423" (Southampton, England) - See all my reviews
(TOP 1000 REVIEWER)    (REAL NAME)
I have used Brain Gym for many years whilst teaching adults and bought this book to give myself more ideas. Although primarily used for children these excercises work equally as well with Adults. I use them in most of my teaching and the adults find them fun and a good way of breaking up lessons. They are also excellent as an ice breaker and certainly get everyone in the class talking. My field of teaching is Teacher Training in Post Compulsory Education and I know my students use the excercises with their students too. Everyone has fun doing them. I would encourage all teachers to buy this book and give it a go.
