This text includes: Drury's principal work "The Danger of Words" (1973) xvi 137pp; his 'Some Notes on Conversations with Wittgenstein' and 'Coversations' from "Ludwig Wittgenstein: Personal Recollections" (1981), Rush Rees (ed.); Drury's reply to a review of "The Danger of Words" in "Human World" (1974); and also a previously unpublished lecture given by Drury in Dublin in 1968 (20pp). The introduction contains a memoir of Drury - one of Wittgenstein's closest friends or disciples - as well as a commentary on his writings.
