5.0 out of 5 stars I got a job thanks to this book!!!, 17 Aug 2005
This book gives a brilliant overview of several different types of Special Educational Needs. I have a degree in Psychology and I'd never heard of a few of them! This book was extremely useful when I was completing my teacher training course and I quoted information from it during a job interview, which resulted in me getting the job! I cannot praise this book enough!!! It is an absolute essential for anyone going into teaching!

5.0 out of 5 stars The easiest book to read and understand, 7 Oct 2004
By S. Atkinson (Billingham, Cleveland United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
This book, (and others by the same author) are the easiest books for potential learning assisstants (special needs) to read and understand. I had already bought several books on differnt subjects before finding this one. I could have saved myself a lot of money by just buying this book, which has bits of everything you need to know about supporting children with special learning needs.
