About the Author
Raymond Wacks is Professor of Law and Legal Theory at the University of Hong Kong. He has written numerous books and articles on legal theory as well as having edited several volumes on various aspects of Hong Kong Law. He is also a leading authority on the legal protection of privacy on which he has written a number of books.
