The children this was brought for really enjoyed it, although it wasn't Christmas. Up there with their favourite all time books, not as good as Laura's Star but still a firm favourite, and gets re-read regularly

This is a wonderful story and a joy to read to my daughter. The illustrations are beautiful and I think this would make a lovely present for any child.
