About the Author
David N. Thomas lives in Ceredigion. A former sociologist and author of several books in that field, his interest in Dylan Thomas and especially the poet's time in the Vale of Aeron has resulted in two non-fiction titles: The Dylan Thomas Trail and Dylan Thomas: A Farm, Two Mansions and a Bungalow, in which he explores the poet's links to the area.

I felt the book was unfocused and trite. What on earth did the Jewish and Quaker traditions do to the author to have him trivialise them so? The death of the lead characters wife was telegraphed from almost the first chapter; as the death of the wife in the film "Seven" was. The book was contrived, annoying, trite and by far the worst book I read in 2004.
