One of Britain's most beautiful walks, is described in easy to follow language, beautifully illustrated and backed up with ordinance survey mapping.
The book gives an historical as well as geographical description of the 256mile walk breaking it into managable daily sections.
This book provides information on everything you need to know for the walk. With this(penine way south) and a copy of the penine way north book you have all the maps you need.
The walks are beautiful, and the book informed me about the whole route. Grab both books and get out there. START WALKING!
