The Sugar Inspirations series is a wonderful group of books which I cannot praise too highly. In this particular one the flowers demonstrated are just perfect for wedding cakes. The instructions given are clear and easy to follow and the ideas in the book have lead me into many areas. An excellent read and very good value.
