From the Author
My book contains information about Bullmastiffs from all over the world, rather than one opinion of a fancier from one country. The point of this is to give the new fancier an all-round view of the breed rather than a narrow-focused bigotted opinion of the breed as is often seen in single breed books.
Travelling to many different countries around the world judging championship shows has given me the opportunity to see Bullmastiffs from all walks of life and from different backgrounds of ethnic reasoning. When I wrote the book, it was my intention to share these findings so that we could all benefit from my experience, and in doing so leave a better breed for our children to enjoy, and in their turn, show and breed. The many pictures allow the readers the opportunity to compare the dogs and make up their own minds as to what is a good Bullmastiff instead of being convinced by a less than honourable breeder who just wants to sell puppies.
