Although this is a great little booklet for people who are new to eczema and the treatments available, if you have suffered for many years you are unlikely to find any advice in here that you haven't heard before. It is somewhat lacking in detail for those of you who want in depth information, but for such a small book, it covers all of the main holistic therapies and how they work.
