Toally lame. Alright if you've never read a martial art book before, because you won't know any better. If you're not a black belt in taekwondo, there's no-way you're going to understand what the hell he's on about.

This book gives the reader a good introduction to the art of Tae Kwon Do.
It covers the basic movements and stances of the art(with some clear photographs), as well as the Kicking and puching techniques. There is also a basic section on self defence. However, the book does not go into the more advanced movements of the art i.e. the patterns/forms, because as explained in
