If, like me, you enjoy feeding people and cooking dinners to be remembered, then this book could be for you. If the hardest part of the dinner is deciding what to cook then this book is definitely for you.
Full 3 course menus from Sue herself and extra courses made with similar ingredients by other well-known chefs offered too.
Wonderful, impressive food without being fiddly and fussy.
The complete menus feature time and time again in my Scottish Highlands household showcasing our wonderful local produce.
Favourite easy dish of all time in this book?? Probably Arbroath Smokie tarts with aioli, maybe 7 cup pudding, smoked salmon with horseradish dressing and blinis,or then again.... there are just so many.
I have had this book more than 10 years and it still has a prominent place in my kitchen library
I have just remembered the scallops with orange flavoured pasta.
