5.0 out of 5 stars Really Enjoyed This Book, 18 May 2009
I must admit I not a keen reader but I read this huge book in a couple of days of pure joy. What makes the book really fresh and amusing is the way he says what all of us think but are afraid to say. The "Loony Letters to Uncle Charlie" is truly laugh out loud hilarious. Before anyone slags off Charles Bronson they should read this book to see what kind of man he really is. He is a man with morals, warmth and talent and his plain talking is a tonic in this PC grey world we live in.
I suppose critics will see weaknesses. He jumps around a lot from one crazy anecdote to another, but I enjoyed the spontaneity of his thinking. It is about time that Charles Bronson is released. It would be great to see what he thinks of the real world after being locked up for so long. What a book that would be!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great follow up to Loonyology, 22 Nov 2009
Another blinder from Charles Bronson. A fantastic follow up to his other brilliant book "Loonyology". This is Loonyology 2. Down to earth, Charles tells us how it really is for him, the bad way he's being treated by the so-called justice system. It's all excuses upon excuses why he don't get parole. He is not treated fairly or equally with other prisoners. He is treated worse than nonces and other vile criminals. Why? As Charlie says it's Loonyology. Also in the book, he shows his sense of humour, quite a few jokes in there as well. Letters to Uncle Charlie is very funny. The things people write to him is unbelievable. How he is still sane and cheerful is a miracle. Most people in his situation wouldn't even be alive, they would have topped themselves. Charlie is made of steel, the iron man, very strong. He would benefit all of us if he was released to pursue a career of his wonderful artwork, his poetry and writing. Also he does a lot for children's charities, Charlie loves kids. He would teach young people to steer away from crime. A great book, can't wait for the next one, a Loonyology 3, to come out.
