Product Description

Product Description
Following on from the phenomenally successful "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels and Demons", Dan Brown's next thriller, "The Lost Symbol", will be set in locations such as Washington DC, Salt Lake City, Langley, Virginia and Jerusalem. The book is set to feature Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon once again, whose exploits will take him inside the secret societies of the Freemasons and Rosicrucians - replacing Opus Dei and the Illuminati of previous adventures. Decoding the Lost Symbol is an A to Z guide featuring illustrations and color photographs to illuminate the text. It will provide all the answers to the cryptic mysteries in Dan Brown's highly anticipated new novel. Simon Cox is the author of two other guides to Dan Brown's novels, "Cracking the Da Vinci Code" and "Illuminating Angels and Demons", and "The Lost Symbol" is hotly tipped to repeat their success. "Cracking the Da Vinci Code" has now been translated into fifteen languages and has sold over half a million copies worldwide, while a spin-off DVD of the same name has sold one and a half million copies. No wonder, then, that "Decoding the Lost Symbol" is almost as eagerly awaited as Dan Brown's next novel itself. Simon Cox's guide will be the essential companion to "The Lost Symbol", giving vital background information and shedding new light on the many mysteries at the heart of Dan Brown's new story.

About the Author
Simon Cox is the international bestselling author of Cracking The Da Vinci Code, Illuminating Angels & Demons, The Dan Brown Companion and the Simon Cox A to Z Series.

5.0 out of 5 stars News to me!, 11 Nov 2008
By S. Cox "Kheraha" (Bedford, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
As the author of the above book, its news to me that A.) Its been published already - would be pretty clever to publish a book about Dan Brown's Solomon Key, when he hasn't even published yet. And B.) That my book seems to be about rugby! Apologies for letting down all rugby fans, of which I am one myself, but rugby is NOT the main thrust of the book!

However, I'll take the two five star reviews with thanks.

Unlocking The Solomon Key should be out in 2009, AFTER the Dan Brown book.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great rugby read, 19 Nov 2005
This book is excellent examination of where rugby is at, and where it is headed, from a personal perspective. The author really draws you in, using examples both of the famous players and games, but also looks at some of the less well known but equally passionate local players, whose stories are often even more interesting than the 'stars'.

The writing style is fluid and easy to read, and there is a good balance of factual information, interviews, and personal observations, which are often humourous and add a good perspective to a look at the game of rugby.

So if your looking for a enjoyable rugby read, that gets beyond the media spin and down to the grassroots level, but which also discusses some of the positives and negatives of the modern game of rubgy with past and present greats, then I would thoroughly recommend this book.
