Another successful new title from vertigo comics. All their best work is very original, and this is no exception. Best described as being like the tv show six feet under, as it's a very quirky story set in a certain kind of workplace. Although this is an exterminator company not a funeral parlour.

New employee henry is the focus of our story, and he is surrounded by some very quirky characters. Pest controllers who love their work, those who are well into the spiritual angle of the job, experts on making pesticides, and even henry has dark secrets in his closet.

In the meantime his girlfriend has gone up in the world at the corporation where she works. And they have secrets of their own.

And what's with the extra strong insects?

And the the mysterious egyptian box?

All these questions won't be answered in this volume, as it's just the opening story arc. But it provides us with an appealing story and some excellent artwork, so I'll be back for the next ones
