Product Description

Product Description

Tabby is not the most energetic cat. She lives her life between her bowl and her basket and if she ever wants to get on a chair, Polly is always there to lift her up. Life is good, until the day she gets stuck in the cat flap. Dad knows that something must be done about Tabby's flabbiness and Tabby soon finds herself competing with a fitter kitty for food, basket space and Polly's cuddles. So Tabby devises her Secret Feline Fitness Programme to show Fit Kit what's what!

5.0 out of 5 stars Flabby Tabby, 13 Sep 2005
By Michelle Higgins (worcester United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
A book that can be enjoyed by anyone who loves cats, especially the kind of cat that loves his food. The illustrations are lovely and enhance the story, making the book enjoyable for non-readers as well.
For owners of real-life flabby tabbies, it is a bit disappointing how easily Flabby Tabby loses hos flab because we all know that flab is very hard to get rid of, even for cats, but his adventures are none-the-less most enjoyable and the expressions on his little face in the pictures will make you forgive this slight abberation.
PS I was introduced to this book by an 83-year-old cat lover!
