I did not find this book very helpful. The tedious case studies are quite specific, do rarely apply to my situation and are therefore not particularly useful for everybody.I would have expected more facts and information about successful teaching techniques and psycological approaches on students. The book lacks structure and makes it difficult to do some selective reading.

I found this extremely useful as a training teacher.
The book focuses alot on the individual learners which I found helpful.

I have used this lots and lots in my teacher training and also to deliver lessons. The book is extremely useful to motivate me when preparing a session, well worth the money!!
