Synopsis
The glory days may be returning to Celtic Park. Celtic were the first British team to win the European Cup in 1967, with a team whose 11 members were all born within an hour's journey time of the centre of Glasgow and whose manager was the legendary Jock Stein. These days Celtic players are a more cosmopolitan bunch under the managership of Martin O'Neill, and they regularly wipe the floor with their great rivals Rangers in the race for the Scottish title. As things stand, they are also in regular contention for the big prizes in Europe.
