4.0 out of 5 stars Useful but dull, 21 Jul 2009
By J. Maddison (uk) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Clearly outlines British Army structure and set up and provides vital facts and figures.

However is incredible boring to read but is good if you want to improve your armed forces knowledge if you applying to the Army.

2.0 out of 5 stars Lists of data, 27 Feb 2009
I thought that this book was going to be full of useful information all about tactics used, fieldcraft, drill, map and compass etc. The whole book is just full of lists of data. Very useful if you are interested in how many soldiers are in each regiment and how many tanks we have, but useless if you actually want an instructional booklet.
