About the Author
Jeff Clark-Meads is a former News Editor for Music Week, and the ex-International News Editor for Billboard. He founded Music Monitor magazine and played a central role in the establishment of the British Assiciation of Record Dealers, the Association of Independent Music and British Music Rights. He is a former director of the British Phonographic Industry and sat on the committee organising the Brits.
