Product Description

Product Description

If you have ever attempted to swallow a mattress or have forgotten to remove clothes before ironing them then this book will become a vital survival tool. For the rest of us it is a collection of the oddest, funniest and frankly most worrying instructions taken from genuine products around the world. Manufacturers from Turin to Tokyo seem truly concerned that we know their products may be hot after heating, that we should not place fireworks in our mouths or that we should really not use a hairdryer whilst showering. And please remember, your new toaster should not be used underwater.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good laugh, 1 Mar 2009
By M. Sowden (Plymouth, UK) - See all my reviews

Bought this for my Dad for Christmas, after "The World's Stupidest Signs" went down a storm the year before. My Dad is not a "laugh out loud" kind of guy - or at least he wasn't until these books!

An ideal stocking filler.

5.0 out of 5 stars Darwin Contenders !, 26 Mar 2007

The people who write the instructions and information on the respective items must have a degree in Franco - Hungraian - Urdu translation, 'caus hardly anything these guy's have either written or translated makes any logical sense.
