This publication is an interactive resource in which the reader is urged to engage in a range of activities which promote self understanding and the development of appropriate strategies. The topics of Writing, Spelling and Time Mangement are tackled via toolboxes. Technology, the workplace and leisure also come under the spotlight.
The scope of the publication is enhanced by the CD, which increases its usefulness and accessibility.
