This book consists of Colwyn Bay: Its Origins and Growth by Norman Tucker, First published in 1953 and its sequel, Colwyn Bay: A Brief History written by Ivor Wynne Jones following Norman Tucker's death. The original text of these two books has been updated by Ivor Wynne Jones to create a comprehensive account of the development of the town. The photographs are reproduced to a much higher level of quality to compliment the text.
