5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent advice and well grounded in research, 15 Oct 2003
    By A Customer
This is the second excellent book by these two writers. Whereas the first one (Coach Yourself) was aimed at changing your own life, this is one you can take to work and change the way you manage your team to be more productive and self-reliant. And they give research evidence for what they say, you don't have to take it on faith. A terrific book, and one to be used again and again.

4.0 out of 5 stars Straightforward guide to coaching., 23 May 2008
This book provides a well set out approach to coaching successfully. It covers all the key points you will need. Including the GROW model of coaching and models of change which is a useful feature. The layout is clear and enables the reader to quickly absorb the content.

The books strength is that it draws on the positive solutions approach, to enhance the coaching process. It is a good buy and compares well to the large number of coaching books on the market.

Another book to consider is the - The solutions approach, making coaching and change simple.

Stan Felstead - Interchange Resources - UK.
